We are a small group of doctors united by the passion to teach. Majority of us have international training background. However, a sizeable number of doctors from India have become part of us, since our inception in 2012
We deliver the parallel Postgraduate Training Programmes that track the core training programmes of the United Kingdom with emphasis on Clinical skills including patient management
To see that every MBBS graduate is able to train to become a Postgraduate and be able to work independently.
To provide the best and most affordable alternative postgraduate training in India and to create an effective healthcare workforce. Increasing postgraduate numbers would increase the accessibility and affordability of healthcare in the country.
By core we are Indian. We believe in a globalized society and a "one world" living. We advocate for the concept of 'Learn, Earn & Return'. We encourage Indian MBBS graduates to pursue their higher training and a few years of practice in the UK or the US, earn a decent amount of money (which they can not do while training or in the early years of practice in India) and eventually return to India to serve the motherland by promoting ethical, affordable and higher standard of practice.
