To be honest , I was totally confused as to how to prepare for PACES and my Extended preparatory course( sep) has changed my whole preparation towards exam.The structured approach of the course , the volume of patients , commitment and passion of the teachers :- Every aspect is simply exemplary. I would say Oslers was far, far better than any of the other courses I attended as it is what helped me pass my exam. Dr Vyasabattu is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the cases seen were very well selected and appropriate for the exam. Cases seen are explained in good detail and discussions are based on DDs which is most useful for the exam. There is a mock exam at the end of the course which helped. The teaching was extremely incredible and stands above any other courses which I attended across the globe.The teaching was far superior, patient bank was beyond the regular numbers and quality.I have not just passed MRCP, but have trained enough to be a better clinician and more importantly a trainer as well. The course was not just to pass PACES, but took me beyond to aspire for better career pathways, made me a motivated teacher and a good learner.
